Classes at Fuerte Fitness

Fuerte Fitness offers a variety of classes from Group Fitness to Group Training.

  • Abs/Core: Tuesday 6.30pm (30 mins)
  • Abs/Conditioning: Thursday 10am (1 hr)
  • Outdoor Boot Camp: Wednesday 6.30pm (1 hr)
  • Resistance Band Training: Thursday 7pm (45 mins)
  • Kickboxing/Conditioning and Martial Arts: Tuesday 7pm (1 hr)

Please sign up for classes by registering online.

Free for members, the drop-in fee for non-members is $17. All classes meet at the gym except for the Outdoor Boot Camp, which meets at the track by the tennis courts in Woodland Park (just west of 55th and Green Lake Way). Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first-ever class to complete a waiver form.
