Adriana Medina, Owner Fuerte Fitness

Education: B.A. in International Business from Boise State University. Certified by the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) and  the  National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Personal Training Experience: In the fitness industry for 13 years; competed for 10 years. Extensive experience working for large gyms in the  areas of weight loss, muscle gain, functional health for pre- and post-natal, sports-specific athletic training, and specializing in fat loss.

Activities: 2013 4th at IFBB North American Figure Competitions, Pittsburgh, PA. 2013 7th at NPC National Competition in Las Vegas, NV. 2013 Ragnar Relay Team Fast and Fuerte. 2rd Place at NPC Emerald Cup Fitness 2013, 2011 & 2006 and Pacific Crest Olympic Triathlon. Elma duathlon winner in 2005.

 

 

Morgan Anderson, NASM NFT

Education: University of Washington, in preparation for post-graduate work in sciences. She is completing coursework to be a Certified Exercise Therapist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA-2011). Morgan is also certified in CPR and she's a First Aid Instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA). Morgan specializes in athletic training, fat-loss and muscle gain. By integrating strength training, functional exercise, and cardiovascular programs, she builds individualized programs for the whole body.

 

 

 

 

Blanka Jindrich, Fitness Trainer - Ashmead College

Blanka has 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She is Enhanced Fitness (EF) certified, a group exercise program for seniors developed by Senior Services in partnership with University of Washington and Group Health. Blanka was voted Washington State's 2012 EF Instructor of the year! Blanka has taught for Arthritis Foundation programs, Park and Recreation, and works well with special population and older adults. Her education includes fitness programming, kinesiology, group exercise instruction, exercise physiology. She has experience in biomechanics, movement and dance.

 

 

 

Sean Fordham, ACSM CPT

Sean is a Clinical Excercise Physiologist with over 18 years experience. Originally hailing from Vancouver British Colombia, Sean moved to Seattle after completing his Kinesiology Degree from UBC to author and direct multiple training and degree programs in the health sciences.

Sean has been the Director of Fitness of Bellevue's largest training facility and is highly experienced with Athletic Training, Injury prevention and rehab, and high intensity training and weight loss.  Sean can provide you with the right tools and training program to exceed your health and fitness goals. Sean is our newest trainer here at Fuerte and we are extremely honored to be working with him.

Rachel Wenholz, ACSM CPT

Rachel has a B.S. in exercise science from the University of Puget Sound. She is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally, she has a background in volleyball: playing both indoor and outdoor, and coaching at the high school and middle school levels. Rachel has experience working with individuals of all levels: young athletes and highly trained Marines, to exercise beginners and people recovering from injuries. Rachel strives to educate people, whatever their current fitness level, on the health, fitness, and nutrition strategies that will help them meet their fitness goals.
