Adriana Medina, Owner Fuerte Fitness
Education: B.A. in International Business from Boise State University. Certified by the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Personal Training Experience: In the fitness industry for 11 years; competed for 10 years. Extensive experience working for large gyms in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, functional health for pre- and post-natal, sports-specific athletic training, and specializing in fat loss.
Activities: 2011 Winner at Oregon Ironman Fitness Competition, 2011 3rd Place at Emerald Cup Fitness, 2010 3rd Place at California Contra Costa, 2009 Vancouver Classic Fitness Competition, 2008 Night of the Champions Figure Competition, 2007 Gold's Treasure Valley Classic. Emerald Cup 2011 & 2006 and Pacific Crest Olympic Triathlon. Elma duathlon winner in 2005.

Jen Cinquemani, NASM CPT
Jen started training professionally in 2011 in one of the largest gym chains in the world. Her athletic background includes track and field, basketball, soccer and rugby. Jen played for many rugby teams for 8 years at the local, collegiate and national levels. She has an emergency medical background and has been a professional ski patroller, EMT, as well as an emergency department technician since 2006. Her hobbies include running, cycling, boxing, gymnastic aerials and power lifting. Jen provides the tools to help her clients remain healthy and ward off preventable illness and injury. She believes body composition, strength and endurance are integral to being healthy and achieving results.
Morgan Anderson, NASM NFT
Education: University of Washington, in preparation for post-graduate work in sciences. She is completing coursework to be a Certified Exercise Therapist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA-2011). Morgan is also certified in CPR and she's a First Aid Instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA). Morgan specializes in athletic training, fat-loss and muscle gain. By integrating strength training, functional exercise, and cardiovascular programs, she builds individualized programs for the whole body.
Jake Smith W.I.T.S. CPT
Jake has more than 2 1/2 years of personal training experience. His athletic background consists of varsity track and snow boarding. Jake specializes in strength training, fat loss, and physique building through proper weight training and calisthenics (bodyweight exercises). Jake has also worked extensively with nutritional supplementation and is knowledgable in how to properly integrate this vital piece of diet to help achieve goals. "There are 168 hours in a week, you only need to to dedicate 5 of those hours towards fitness."

Blanka Jindrich, Fitness Trainer - Ashmea College
Blanka's education includes fitness programming, kinesiology, group exercise instruction and exercise physiology. Blanka specializes in combining respiratory, muscle strength and core stabilization for senior citizens. Blanka has over six years of experience teaching group fitness classes sponsored by Group Health and Senior Services for Seattle Parks and Recreation. She is also certified to teach classes for the Arthritis foundation. Her experience and educational background is perfect for beginners as well as older adults.
Sean Fordham, ACSM CPT
Sean is a Clinical Excercise Physiologist with over 18 years experience. Originally hailing from Vancouver British Colombia, Sean moved to Seattle after completing his Kinesiology Degree from UBC to author and direct multiple training and degree programs in the health sciences.
Sean has been the Director of Fitness of Bellevue's largest training facility and is highly experienced with Athletic Training, Injury prevention and rehab, and high intensity training and weight loss. Sean can provide you with the right tools and training program to exceed your health and fitness goals. Sean is our newest trainer here at Fuerte and we are extremely honored to be working with him.
