The following programs are designed to meet your fitness goals and are based on your starting fitness level and body composition. They're meant for the long-haul, not a quick fix, so you can sustain training without injury or extra pounds. Core Strength
Whether you have back problems or muscular imbalances, or you simply want a stronger core, core training is fundamental. It includes traditional abdominal strengthening exercises, like sit-ups and crunches, as well as advanced abdominal work like isolation holds on a stability ball.
Flexibility/Strength
This program is great for individuals who sit most of the day and as a result have tight hamstrings and carry serious tension in the upper back and neck areas. Flexibility/strength training involves passive and active stretching in a comprehensive exercise program.
Muscle Gain
The muscle gain program includes a structured strength-building routine with a mix of barbells, dumbbells and machines. You must come into the gym or have access to a gym in order to complete the necessary homework.
Sport-Specific
This program is designed to help you improve your balance, coordination, speed and strength so you can excel in your sport without injury. It includes exercises that simulate movements in team sports like football and basketball, and in individual sports like skiing, boxing and competitive running.
Fat-Loss
The fat-loss program integrates cardiovascular and resistance training components to speed up your metabolism and help you burn calories. It integrates calisthenics, weights and conditioning exercises, and nutritional counseling.
Hot Mom Program
We have programs for all the mamas and soon-to-be mamas out there. We understand how crazy your schedules can get, but we can help you make fitness part of your life. When mamas are happy, so are their families. So mamas, it's your choice: Do you want to be a cute mama or a hot mama? meet some of our graduates
The following programs meet for twelve weeks for three 30-minute sessions each week for $600, which includes access to the gym at any time.
Pre-pregnancy:
A program for those wanting to be fit and have a healthy pregnancy.
Fit Pregnancy:
A program for those who are pregnant and want to know how to exercise safely and effectively.
Post-pregnancy:
A program for women who have had their baby and are ready to get rid of the baby weight.
