Core Strength Training Program
Core strength training includes traditional abdominal strengthening exercises such as sit-ups and crunches and advanced abdominal work such as isolation holds on the stability ball. Whether you have back problems, muscular imbalances, or could simply benefit from a stronger core, core training is a fundamental place to start.
Flexiblity/Strength Training Program
Flexibility/strength training involves passive and active stretching in an all-over exercise program. This program is great for individuals who sit for much of the day and as a result, have tight hamstrings and carry serious tension in the upper back and neck areas.
Muscle Gain Training Program
The muscle gain program includes a structured strength-building routine with a mix of barbells, dumbbells, and machines. You must come into the gym or have access to a gym in order to complete the necessary homework.
Sport-Specific Training Program
This program includes exercises that simulate movements in specific sports such as skiing, boxing, and competitive running. Your program is designed to help you improve your balance, coordination, speed, and strength so you can excel in your sport without injury.
Fat-Loss Program
The fat-loss program integrates cardiovascular and resistance training components to speed up your metabolism and help you burn calories. It integrates calisthenics, weights, and conditioning exercises, as well as nutritional counseling.
