Oven- Baked Egg Cakes
We are in a constant quest for breakfast you can carry. So I loved Starbucks' egg bite and found this recipe online. I like to vary it with different veggies but the silicone cups and oil are the ticket for solid form and oil shaker. For you are looking for more calories use the first. Bacon and Gruyere

1/2c old fashioned oats 1 tsp of chia seed 1c of almond milk 1/4 c of frozen blueberries 1 tsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon Mix in jar and let sit overnight add more blueberries 1/2. Bodybuilding Granola Ingredients: Servings: 30
Directions: 1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Put brown oil, vanilla, cinnamon and honey dish and heat in sauce pan over for 3-5 minute or until melted enough to mix all together. 3. Pour over the oatmeal mixture and stir to coat using a wooden spoon. 4. Spread onto a baking sheet. I use a large turkey foil one. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and cool before placing in an airtight container. one meduim or 5 oz. of pre cooked yams
4 eggwhites 1 scoop of vanilla or flovored protein 1 tsp. of cinnamon Combine all ingredients into mixture and pour onto a heated nonstick pan and spray with non stick spray (Pam or coconut oil) for 2 minutes, depending on how moist you like them. Makes 2 pancake and you can take them anyway. Enjoy! Carry in some baggies! |
