This is a great short core and abs workout from a previous Holiday Challenge. Roll out a mat and join me as we get our bodies moving and build strength.

Dynamic stretching, mobility and full strength training and abs! Dumbbells can be used for more is your resistance but are not necessary. It's a challenging workout either way because you are getting up and down off the floor.
