After a devastating car accident ended a promising career as a dancer in New York City, Dawn Christensen was forced to rebuild, not just her body, but her entire outlook on life. Through chronic illness, over 35 surgeries, and years of deep healing, she discovered a different kind of power: one rooted not in pushing harder, but in listening, softening, and coming back home to herself. Now, she helps others do the same. Today, Dawn is a Certified Expressive Arts Counselor and certified Somatic Coach, she teaches somatic healing and breathwork. She works one-on-one with individuals navigating chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. This is a story of resilience. Of guardian angels. Of embodiment.
