Welcome to episode 6 of the Let’s Get Fuerte mini-series, where we break down one of the most overlooked parts of fitness: building a strong foundation through core strength, balance, and stability.
Inspired by recent conversations around the rise of ACL injuries in young athletes, especially girls, I want everyone to know why injury prevention, mobility, and stability training is essential for every age and fitness level. From athletes and busy moms to beginners and aging adults, this episode explores how improving your core strength and movement patterns can help protect your joints, improve posture, prevent pain, and build confidence in and out of the gym.
