Semi-Private Group Training
These small group training sessions are perfect for a group of friends that want to get fit together. It's more economical than an individualized personal training session and a great way to get stay motivated and fit. You'll be able to learn new exercises, working different muscle groups and/or types of equipment. Couples training is a great way to prepare for a wedding, event, or just to live a healthy life together! Although you'll be working together, we understand that everybody is different and you will receive a fitness plan catered to your individual goals.
