New Client Initial Meeting
The purpose of this 30-minute meeting is to discuss training and determine which program is right for you. The fee will be applied to the training program you choose. Price is $60 plus 10.1% sales tax.
Throughout the year we run specific group training programs, such as outdoor bootcamps and semi-private training sessions.
Semi-Private Group Training
These small group training sessions are perfect for a group of friends that want to get fit together. It's more economical than an individualized personal training session and a great way to get stay motivated and fit. You'll be able to learn new exercises, working different muscle groups and/or types of equipment. Notes and pictures will be given out at the end of class so you can replicate the exercises on your own. Read a client testimony about semi-private training here.

Sessions are 60 minutes
All take place in our Beacon Hill location
Prices for semi-private sessions are as follows:
In person sessions- Drop in: $40 plus tax
In person session- 4 class package: $140 plus tax ($35 each)
Online sessions- Drop in $30 plus tax
Online sessions- 8 class package: $200 plus tax ($25 each)
