You don't need to be a member of Fuerte Fitness to take our programs. They are open to anybody, and are a great way to kickstart incredible results. Our programs are a blend of personal training, training programs and small group classes designed around a particular goal. A program can be as short as 10 days or as long as 12 weeks. For those who live outside the Seattle area, we offer online options that you can do on your own or virtually.
