We have programs for all the mamas and soon-to-be mamas out there. We understand how crazy your schedules can get, but we can help you make fitness part of your life. When mamas are happy, so are their families. So mamas, it's your choice: Do you want to be a cute mama or a hot mama?
The following programs are 4 weeks, where we meet for three 30-minute sessions each week. These are private sessions at a time that works for you, post-pregnancy (after the six week check up with your doctor) or videos that you can watch at your at your own pace. Pre-pregnancy A program for those wanting to be fit and have a healthy pregnancy. Fit Pregnancy A program for those who are pregnant and want to know how to exercise safely and effectively. Post-pregnancy (6 months) A program for women who have had their baby and are ready to get rid of the baby weight. Schedule here! |
