All memberships include personal training offered online via Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, Facetime, and Messenger or at one of our locations. In all cases, it's a dedicated appointment with a certified trainer. Available in 3, 6 and 12 month prepaid packages, which also includes: a newsletter, cooking classes and recipes that will help you stay on track. Not sure what you need? This membership is ideal for the person who is highly motivated to maintain a higher level of fitness year-round at a lower cost than for an individual membership. This includes one semi-private training session per week in a group setting. It will keep you accountable to your training program, whether it's for sports, marathons, etc, and will help maintain an athletic level of fitness performance.
This membership is ideal for the person who is self-motivated, but will benefit from monthly check-ins to stay on track with their health and weight goals or refresh their workouts. Training sessions are once per month.
Every once in a while, life throws us a curve ball. We sustain an injury, and it's really hard to get back into the swing of things. That's why it's important to get the help you need to return to your previous fitness level or beyond. We designed this plan for the person working through an injury and who may need support from a certified personal trainer to keep on track with their recommended recovery plan, post physical therapy once per week.

This plan is the best option for the serious competitive athlete, fitness competitor, or person looking to make a commitment to athletic success. It is designed to keep you on track and performing at your peak. Includes monthly workout plans, one coaching session per week, 1 group training, nutritional accountability and support as well other online resources and coaching.
