Do you need a little bit of HITT in your life? But worried about the impact? Try this one. Add a prop and make it fun. Bosu balls absorb a lot of the impact one you are on plus as an added bonus your core called to work in order to keep your balance.

Do all for 40 seconds:
Bosu lateral skips (40 sec switching sides)
Bosu push ups (knee if it must be)
Bosu hop ups
Bosu squats
Bosu sit ups
Bosu crunches
Bosu lunges with back foot on dome and switch legs after 40 sec (2)
Bosu side sit ups (2)
Rest one minute and repeat!
