Do all for 40 seconds:
Bosu lateral skips (40 sec switching sides)
Bosu push ups (knee if it must be)
Bosu hop ups
Bosu sit ups
Bosu lunges with back foot on dome and switch legs after 40 sec (2)
Bosu side sit ups (2)
Rest one minute and repeat!
