Osiris, Entrepreneur, Gym Owner, Father, and IFBB Pro

Listen to a great conversation with a fitness veteran in the Seattle Health and Fitness Industry with over 20+ years of experience training body builders, including yours truly (me), 17 years owning, running a business, and providing a gym for the community in the Capital Hill area. Also provides a space for trainers to run their own business. He is an entrepretur, gym owner, father, and cancer survivor, and most recently during this pandemic, IFBB (International Fitness and Body building Federation) Professional (He earned it during this pandemic, by the way). He describes the challenges of running a business here in the city of Seattle, taxes and cost, especially during this pandemic, life lessons, and this guy is very inspiring!
