You may know her as Laura or as Lo Shdo. But this little firecracker shares her story from being in soccer since her could walk and ballet to finding her passion for programing technical drills for the normal people out there! She exercises both sides of her brain with her love in training and creating artwork with her paintings!
She is more than her body listens to her story. She's introspective, a great listener, and was willing to learn — loves working and food as much as I do! Lo Shdo Fitness can be found on instagram @shdofitness and her other creative artistic side is at @shdos_art

Listen to a great conversation with a fitness veteran in the Seattle Health and Fitness Industry with over 20+ years of experience training body builders, including yours truly (me), 17 years owning, running a business, and providing a gym for the community in the Capital Hill area. Also provides a space for trainers to run their own business. He is an entrepretur, gym owner, father, and cancer survivor, and most recently during this pandemic, IFBB (International Fitness and Body building Federation) Professional (He earned it during this pandemic, by the way). He describes the challenges of running a business here in the city of Seattle, taxes and cost, especially during this pandemic, life lessons, and this guy is very inspiring!
He is a member of my fitness community, a man who needs only one name, Osiris! He’s gym and community is Urban Fit Studios

Enjoy a conversation amongst friends from Boise State University. We speak about how being the first in our family to go to college, and the people that helped us navigate school. We all grow up as farmer workers, were children of farm workers and yet we managed a different world in higher education and we share lessons learned. We talk about why it is so important for us to serve, be advocate, and help our latino community. Old friends talking about our lives, lessons we’ve learned and how we charish our champions that believed in us.
