You can't go wrong.
Ingredients: Frozen individually packed mahi fillets Corn tortillas Mild chilis Pico de gallo Sesame oil Instructions: 1. Defrost the fish and sautéed them in a little sesame oil for 2 minutes each side. 2. Warm the corn tortillas on the griddle. 3. Fill tortillas with fish and top with mama lil’s peppers mild chilis. 4. Serve with a side of pico de gallo. Enjoy! |
