Stay healthy that is one thing they know about this virus, and who it affects. Thanks for your support, Adriana at Fuerte Fitness! Email sent last Monday when the gyms closed so make sure you check your junk and other folders and add yourself to my community through here: http://www.fuertefitness.com/contact.html Or social media: Or check our Facebook pagehttps://www.facebook.com/fuertefitness/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fuertefitness/ Dear Fuerte Community,
In light of the evolving slowdowns in personal interactions, we likely all knew it wouldn't be long before gyms and direct personal training would be effected. This is however, an opportunity to transition to virtual training. Many of you have been asking to do this for so many other reasons, and perhaps here is our chance. I started last week with a semi-private on FaceTime and it was great. It was great to see such sweet faces amidst this social distancing and keep a vivid structure. Social and personal connection is my business and you are very important! This will affect all of us in so many ways. I'm committed to keep you on track and since most of us need that accountably, here it is. We are now training virtually. Let's do it! You can choose to keep your scheduled appointment via virtual video or re-evaluate in a couple weeks as you need. FaceTime, Messenger, and Zoom. As we continue to re-evaluate our community, we will update changes as this evolves. The weather is getting better and if space is an issue we will come up with a solution. I support your goals and will keep our community thriving! There are bound to be questions. Please call me and we will work it out! Gracias, Adriana Oven- Baked Egg Cakes
We are in a constant quest for breakfast you can carry. So I loved Starbucks' egg bite and found this recipe online. I like to vary it with different veggies but the silicone cups and oil are the ticket for solid form and oil shaker. For you are looking for more calories use the first. Bacon and Gruyere
