Want a full body exercise? Try a Turkish get up. It's 4 exercises in one. Start practicing Turkish get ups with no weight. As you master the moves, add weight and slowly increase until you are at 8 or 10 lbs. Follow along and practice: And put it all together for a Turkish Get Up. Do each exercise for 45 seconds, rest, and repeat 3 times in total. Then move on to the next. You can also find each exercise demonstrated for you in its own video on my YouTube channel. Mobility warm up -45 second intervals 3 rounds- 1. Mountain Climbers Thrusts in-between 10 mountaineers 2. Walkouts with hand up for plank 3. Side jump happy feet left; Side jump happy feet right 4. Push up/Superman 5. Pop Squats 6. Plank extended arm feet in and outs 7. Side plank hip dip 8. Crunches Finish with a stretch with half kneeling T-spine twists Be ready to work the whole 6 minutes. The trick with the sit ups is to make sure your mid back touches, but not your shoulders!

I am bringing back the abs challenge from a couple years ago.
Start with power sit ups and leg lifts. Do each exercise for one minute each every day. Add another minute of each when that feels too easy. I'll post more exercises to give you variety, or find them on my YouTube Channel. You can create big changes by taking small steps. This is do-able. All you have to do it commit and show up.
