Part 2 is taking it to another level. Time to level up. Eating clean and within your caloric intake is a must if you want to be fit for the rest of your life. Not just a cleanse for 21 days, but a lifestyle. It takes discipline to eat organically, locally, and seasonally. The goal is to do your best and think about the ways you can possibility achieve it rather than how impossible it is. We are not always going to cook, so what sort of choices are better when out and about. We learn that when we are prepared, the opportunities show up and we are ready to embrace them. It is all about being open and not resistant.
